I am also a software developer who decided to provide true and useful information about VASY TRANSPORT to protect more people from using VASYTRANSPORT.COM
Why Make This Site?
I found myself fooled by the positive reviews and comments (which now I believe are all fake) for VASYTRANSPORT from Google.
I want to make a place to gather all true stories to warn people before they engage with such rude, irresponsible and ridiculous company.
How Does It Work?
I initially set up this website with my own story and selected public comments.

What happened to me
Start with "Competitive" Quote
They started with a competitive quote to get you, and make promises to all your requests.
Ask for Deposit
After a “happy” and promising conversation, they ask you to make a deposit to secure the service.
Super Delayed Response
After receiving the deposit, prepare to get super delayed response from them on further assistant / requests.
No Show On Promised Date
No matter how many times you confirm the scheduled date and how many times you’ve told them ‘let me know if you can’t make it’, they will keep telling you keep calm and they will come, and then no show just happens. Prepare for a couple hours that no one is picking up the phone and no one tells you what’s going on.
Reschedule, No Show Again
Couple hours later they propose a “solution” and proposed a rescheduled time and promise they will show on time. But no show again. Again, no one pick up the phone, no email, no one tells you what’s going on.
Deposit Non-refundable
If you have a hard due date and can’t wait until their third rescheduled date (for me it is four days later than the original date I deposit for), they will just tell you they tried everything they can and the deposit is not refundable. You deposit for nothing, they get your deposit for nothing.
What happened to other people

Unprofessional
Furnitures are not properly managed and protected, prepare yourself for lost or damage on your items.
Irresponsible
Prepare for late or no response after you pay your deposit. Keep in mind that “You have my word” means nothing from them.
Non- Refundable Deposit, Hidden Charges
No show on the promised date is probably the best thing can happen to you as you will still have all your furnitures and valuable items undamaged. But you will lose your deposit even if they didn’t show up (no show -> reschedule -> no show -> reschedule -> no show…) until you pass your due date and had to cancel the move. Also, prepare for hidden charges.
